1st step: Income inspection

Before alignment and calibration the equipment will undergo a detailed income inspection procedure (visually and functionally) following clearly specified requirements based on the criteria:

  • labelling is readable: range of magnetic field and serial no.;
  • last measurement data sheets are attached;
  • mechanical condition;
  • functional test using a static magnet: field value and serial no.;
  • signal cable verification.

Missing labelling and data will be collected and verified as additional service.

2nd step: Maintenance and repair

An offer including exchange of components by updated ones in line with the findings stipulated in the income inspection report as well as respective costing will be submitted in writing to the client as recommendation.
Upon its own discretion the client will accept and order the scope of services.
Accordingly maintenance and repair work will be executed.

3rd step: Alignment and calibration

Alignment and calibration will be performed after all maintenance and repair work and services have been executed. A detailed report and certificate will be drawn up and signed.

4th step: Service documents

  1. Income inspection report
  2. Offer of recommended work and services
  3. Report on repair and calibration
  4. Certificate of calibration
